CELERY SEED (Apium graveloens) Celery Seed is a diuretic, antioxidant, and sedative. Neutralizes acids; beneficial for rheumatism, headaches, nervousness, dropsy, obesity, flatulence, chronic pulmonary catarrh, lack of appetite, and deficiency diseases. As it is a powerful diuretic, it should not be used when acute kidney problems dropsy, obesity, flatulence, chronic pulmonary catarrh, lack of appetite, and deficiency diseases, it may be used moderately with chronic kidney disorders. Useful with bronchitis, as a sedative for nervousness, and to help restore sexual potency after illness.
